Supply Chain Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic Squad. You play a crucial role in the department through using your experience to support our Demand Planning and Project Management functions. You will collaborate across all functions to support the development and achievement of Revenue targets. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary experience to quickly make an impact in the role.

This role reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Demand Planning and Order Management, with a dotted line to the Project Manager. This role will be hybrid in Vancouver, BC.

How You Will Support Our Mission (Responsibilities):  

Demand Planning (50%):
  • Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonality to predict future product demand.
  • Collaborate with both Sales and Supply Chain teams to monitor retailer stock levels and adjust internal replenishment strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to understand promotional activities, new product launches, and market changes that impact demand. 
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Logistics to ensure that the right amount of product is available at the right place at the right time. 
  • Continuously monitor the accuracy of their forecasts and adjust them as needed based on real-time data, customer feedback, or any unexpected changes in the market.
Project Management (30%):
  • Create detailed project plans, breaking down the work into tasks, assigning resources, and setting milestones to track progress.
  • Assemble and lead cross-functional teams, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing motivation and guidance.
  • Manage projects, allocate resources (such as time and personnel), and make adjustments as necessary to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Regularly provide updates on progress, deliverables, and any issues that arise. 
  • Collect feedback from stakeholders to ensure that expectations are met and the project stays aligned with its goals.
Supply Chain Support (20%):
  • Connect with various departments (Procurement, Production, Logistics, Sales, and Finance) to ensure a seamless flow of information and alignment of objectives across the Supply Chain.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret Supply Chain data to identify trends, forecast demand, and assess supplier performance.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), inventory levels, risks, order fulfillment, and cost analysis.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the supply chain and recommend strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
  • Support the implementation of best practices and process automation.
  • Support vendor selection and supplier relationship management by analyzing supplier performance metrics, suggesting terms, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and products.
  • Assist with resolving supplier-related issues or discrepancies.
  • Utilize supply chain software (e.g., ERP systems, WMS, TMS) and other analytical tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.) to automate tasks, track performance, and provide actionable insights.
What You Bring (Qualifications & Experience):  
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Demand Planning.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of combined experience in Supply Chain analysis, Logistics, Inventory Management, and Project Management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., APICS CPIM, PMP, CSCP) are a plus.
  • Previous experience in CPG/Food/Textiles required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain concepts, inventory management, logistics, and procurement processes
  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, XLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Experience in ERP’s an asset (ie: Netsuite or SAP)
  • Experience with advanced analytics or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, SmartSheets)
  • Strong communication (verbally and within presentations) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams from Senior Management to Coordinators.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is an asset.
Compensation and Sweet Perks (Benefits): 
The approximate base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000. The actual base salary will be based on various factors, including the candidate’s level of skills, experience and education aligned with the needs of the role, budget and market. This position is eligible for participation in a bonus program based on performance and company results. Please note, individuals must be employed by 09/30/25 to be eligible for the 2025 bonus.
