Sales Coordinator

As our Sales Coordinator you will provide executional support to our sales team, growing our mission to Kick Sugar, Keep Candy! This role reports to the Manager, Sales Planning and will be hybrid in Vancouver, BC. This is a full-time role and core collaboration hours are 9 a.m.–3 p.m. PST.

How You Will Support Our Mission (Responsibilities):  

Sales Coordination & Management
  • Responsible for populating new/changed item customer forms and new customer set-up forms as directed by Account Managers
  • Maintain, update, and distribute our price list which includes all dimensions and specifications for all our items
  • Support Sales leadership team and all Account Managers with ad hoc customer requests including meeting room logistics, creating ad hoc product mock-ups, and ensuring sales materials are available for customer engagements
  • Responsible for sales sample process and budget; this includes working cross functionally to ensure samples are available for Account Managers and shipping product samples as needed
  • Partner with Design team and Brand team to ensure full color product and carton mock-ups are available to all Account Managers according to project timelines 
  • Responsible for UPC creation and product image maintenance in all required third party item set-up programs (IXOne, GS1, GDSN, etc.)
  • Maintain and monitor item acceptance & start of ship tracking across all accounts
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating TPM software system with new items, pricing, and customer information
Trade Show Management:
  • Own trade show execution including preparation with cross functional team, product sample logistics, and day of activities as needed (travel required)
  • Ownership of the coordination and execution of all trade show materials including tracking, monitoring, and replacement of materials as needed
  • Responsible for sales trade show budget tracking
Other Duties:
  • Perform other duties, as assigned including supporting cross functional teams as needed
What You Bring (Qualifications & Experience):  
  • 2+ years experience in CPG sales support role(s)
  • Experience with retail item set-up platforms (IXOne, GS1, GDSN) is preferred; demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly is required 
  • Familiarity with Trade Promotion Management (TPM) software is preferred 
  • Experience supporting trade show coordination and logistics is an asset 
  • Experience with distributor and retailer item set-up forms, processes, and policies is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing pricing, product data, and customer forms 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams 
  • A can-do attitude with a genuine willingness to roll up your sleeves and support wherever the team needs 
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously 
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle required
  • Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally, including to the US
  • Ability to travel approximately 20% of the year (within Canada and US) 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Sheets for data management and reporting 
  • College degree (Business, Communications) or equivalent professional experience
Our Hybrid Work Structure:
We fully embrace the power of in-person interactions. Our hybrid work model requires a minimum of two days per week in the office: one designated department day and one flexible day that may vary week to week, per our Fueling Togetherness Philosophy.


Given the support nature of the role, this position may require additional in-office days during certain weeks based on business needs. 

Compensation and Sweet Perks (Benefits):
The approximate base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $69,000. The actual base salary will be based on various factors, including the candidate’s level of skills, experience and education aligned with the needs of the role, budget and market. This position is eligible for participation in a bonus program based on performance and company results. Please note, individuals must be employed by 09/30/26 to be eligible for the 2026 bonus.
