As our Project Manager, Innovation you will be growing our mission to Kick Sugar, Keep Candy! by leading packaging innovations, new line extensions and strategic Supply Chain projects. This role reports to Sr. Director, Supply Chain and will be hybrid in Vancouver, BC. To support business priorities, core hours are from 9 a.m. PST to 3 p.m. PST. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

How You Will Support Our Mission (Responsibilities):
Project manage timelines and tactical execution of multiple new innovations, packaging executions, and strategic projects, utilising charter process and SmartSheets project management software
Coordinate cross functional teams to ensure requirements are validated and aligned, follow up on milestone achievements and communicate risks impacting project timelines
Lead regular meetings for all active projects while ensuring strong collaboration and execution
Support and/or lead issue resolution to identify root causes of gaps in project timelines and deliverables to prevent reoccurrence
Designs and executes best practice business processes to ensure effective and efficient use of Supply Chain resources
Create, update, and publish a monthly project dashboard to monitor accuracy to commitments for each project
Lead monthly call with Executive Team providing updates, risks, and mitigation plans for all ongoing projects
Support other Supply Chain cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives such as, but not limited to: product transfers, new vendor onboarding, packaging transitions
Acts as Project Manager for other projects, as necessary
What You Bring (Qualifications & Experience):
5+ years' experience in a similar Project Management role within the CPG industry
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, Supply Chain Management or related field and asset
Project Management experience using tools such as Project Charters and Stage Gate and timeline management software such as SmartSheets
Demonstrate creative problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to pull out key, meaningful insights to inform decisions
Operations experience in a consumer packaged goods environment is preferred
Change management experience and discipline, PROSCI certification considered an asset
Broad understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain
Performance driven and thrive in a fast paced, high growth environment
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Deep experience in Packaging and Manufacturing Processes
Ability to travel to co-manufacturing and other vendors as required
Compensation and Sweet Perks (Benefits): The approximate base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000. The actual base salary will be based on various factors, including the candidate’s level of skills, experience and education aligned with the needs of the role, budget and market. This position is eligible for participation in a bonus program based on performance and company results. Please note, individuals must be employed by 09/30/25 to be eligible for the 2025 bonus.
